I started my YouTube channel, Dusty betty, a few years ago at a time when there weren't other female creators in the MTB space. I wanted to share my journey and connect with women who enjoy bikes like I do. Empowering women is something that's close to my heart but I also love that the community that sprung up around Dusty betty includes people of all genders who are supportive and put the riding community ahead of ego.
I love sharing my MTB journey as I continue to learn. I also love empowering other riders through my skills coaching.
I've been mountain biking since 2014. In addition to growing my riding skills, this journey has also helped me grow my confidence, patience and trust in myself. The things I've learned since I started this journey have spilled into every part of the person I am becoming.
I currently live In Sedona, Arizona with my super husband, Steve (Hardtail Party,) and our young daughter, Dusty. I'm a full time mom and home maker, and a part-time YouTuber and MTB coach.
